Elaine Thompson Celebrant

Pre-Wedding Programme

When you select Elaine McClure as the Celebrant for your Wedding your initial interview will be an opportunity to decide if you are comfortable with Elaine and her presentation.

When you decide to proceed, Elaine will confirm availability, fees and venue and guide and advise on the paperwork, the programme and suggestions on the range of vows and words for your consideration.

Elaine will supply all documents and submit them to the appropriate authority, starting with the Notice of Intended Marriage form through to the very special presentation Marriage Certificate.

After the initial meeting there will be a further meeting about two weeks before the wedding to confirm the details of the ceremony and events, and to sign the all-important Declaration.

Both the Bride and Groom will need to provide ORIGINAL birth certificates if born in Australia or a current passport if born overseas.

If either party has been previously married and later divorced, an original notice of the Decree of Dissolution or Divorce Certificate must be provided. If the spouse of a party has passed on, the Death Certificate must be presented.

A rehearsal is optional, usually the day or weekend before, and subject to location and availability.
